Island Fire

Island Fire
Serving Suggestions: Take one or more shots daily before or after a meal.

Fire on Ice: Pour Island Fire over a glass of ice and enjoy!

Lemon Fire:
Take 8oz glass of Fresh Squeezed Lemonade and add 1 or more ounces of Island
Fire. Stir and Serve over Ice. (Also works with many other juices)
 

SunnRooibos

SunnRooibos Tea
Serving suggestion: Add slices of ginger, lemon juice or Goji Berries.

SunnTea
2 quarts of water
8 bags of SunnRooibos Tea
2 cups of cold almond milk
Seeds from one vanilla bean

Brew the tea and let it cool. Blend with vanilla and cold almond milk. Pour
over ice and serve.

Maca-Cacao Truffles

1 cup Cacao Powder
2 cups cashews soaked 4-6 hours
½ cup coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt
1-cup agave or other sweetener
2 cups of Maca
Blend all ingredients except Maca in a high-powered blender. Place in freezer
1-2 hours. Roll dough into small balls and coat each one with Maca.

Adam’s Rockin’ Raw Fudge aka ReVitaPhudge

1/2 jar coconut oil (8 ounce)
1/2 jar coconut butter (8 ounce)
(Note: all tbsp are heaping)
2 tbsp Revitaphi
5 tbsp Cacao Powder
5 tbsp agave nectar
2 tbsp Maca
2 tbsp Cacao Nibs
3 tbsp hemp seeds
3 tbsp Goji Berries
½ tbsp Cordyceps

Warm the coconut oil and butter for easy mixing.
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix until fully creamy.
Pour into a cake pan and freeze for 3-5 minutes.
Cut the fudge into bite size pieces and put back in the fridge until hard.

1-2 tbsp Coconut Butter
1 tbsp Cordyceps
1-2 tsp Blue Green Algae
¼ tbsp Hemp Seeds or Powder
Sweetner of Choice (optional): stevia, yacon, honey, agave, or soaked Goji
Berries etc…
Sea Salt
Vanilla
1-2 Cups of SunnRooibos Tea

Zest and juice of one large lemon (to equal about ¼ cup)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 heaping tbsp of soaked Goji Berries
¼ tsp salt
Half a jalapeno
1/8 tsp fennel seed
¼ tsp coriander seed
Blend all ingredients.
